Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks Children's Activity Coordinator (BAFA/CAP required) in French Alps luxury resort with full board and accommodation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities and entertainment programmes for young guests within the Carrousel
- Welcome children with warmth and attentiveness, ensuring their well-being and personal development throughout their stay
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols to provide a secure and reassuring environment for both children and parents
- Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure seamless integration of children's activities into the broader guest experience
- Monitor group dynamics, individual behaviour, and emotional well-being during all activities and animations
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their children's participation, progress, and memorable moments
Qualifications
- BAFA (Brevet d'Aptitude aux Fonctions d'Animateur), CAP Petite Enfance (Childcare Assistant Diploma), BPJEPS (Professional Fitness and Sports Educator Certificate), or equivalent accreditation
- Fluent French and strong English language proficiency
- Demonstrated expertise in child supervision, activity animation, and group management
- Comprehensive knowledge of child hygiene and safety regulations
- Minimum three years of professional experience working with children
