Chief Financial Officer, Cheval Blanc St-Barth, Saint Barthélemy – luxury ultra-palace finance leadership role. CDI position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain precise accounting records and ensure legal compliance and confidentiality of financial documentation
- Co-sign transactions with the General Manager to validate financial integrity and proper execution of all operations
- Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, transforming financial data into strategic insights that inform decision-making and guide the property toward ambitious objectives
- Provide expert financial counsel to ensure the sustainability and growth of the property's assets and operations
- Supervise accounting accuracy, rigorously control revenue recognition, and implement robust internal control systems to ensure ethical and legal conduct
- Lead and motivate the accounting team, fostering adherence to Cheval Blanc values and ensuring the safety and professional development of all team members
- Attend and actively participate in management meetings to ensure operational coordination and alignment across departments
- Maintain an impeccable personal presentation and demeanor that reflects the excellence and refinement of the Maison
Qualifications
- Superior education in Hospitality Management, Finance, or Financial Management
- Comprehensive knowledge of ultra-luxury hospitality operations and sector best practices
- Confirmed professional experience in administration and financial management
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with digital tools
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Demonstrated discretion, responsiveness, and composure under pressure

Minimum 5 years of confirmed professional experience in financial administration and management within luxury hospitality or comparable sectors, with demonstrated ability to oversee accounting operations and provide strategic financial guidance.
Education
Superior education in Hospitality Management, Finance, or Financial Management.
