Role & Responsibilities
- Curate and evolve the wine and spirits selection to align with the Maison's identity and guest preferences
- Orchestrate wine service with precision and elegance, ensuring each interaction exemplifies refined hospitality
- Guide guests through harmonious food-and-wine pairings that enhance culinary experiences
- Lead and develop the sommelier and service teams, fostering expertise and collaborative excellence
- Manage cellar operations, stock control, inventory, and supplier relationships
- Create and deliver memorable tasting experiences and storytelling moments that elevate guest experiences
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to refine wine pairings and menu alignment
