Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily restaurant beverage operations across all culinary concepts at the resort
  • Lead and supervise a dedicated beverage team, ensuring consistent training and performance standards
  • Monitor beverage costs, conduct inventory control, and maintain detailed cellar records for high-volume wine storage
  • Curate wine selections and beverage pairings that complement the gastronomic offerings of the Maison
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through knowledgeable service, sommelier expertise, and attention to detail
  • Maintain compliance with food and beverage regulations and luxury hospitality standards

Qualifications

  • Degree or Certificate in hospitality and catering
  • WSET Level 3 or equivalent wine qualification
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury hospitality establishments

  • Demonstrated expertise in sommelierie and mixology
  • National Diploma qualification
