Cheval Blanc Paris seeks a Chef de Rang (Senior Server) in Paris — full‑service fine‑dining role on fixed‑term contract with high standards of hospitality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Rang in preparing, maintaining and executing the service station to the House standards, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Deliver attentive, anticipatory table service in a fine‑dining environment and actively promote the hotel’s restaurants and culinary events.
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP and internal hygiene procedures during mise en place, service and closing.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, economat, sommelier/cave and stewarding to guarantee harmonious service flow and timing.
- Contribute to guest reception, seating, cloakroom management and final billing with courtesy and discretion.
Qualifications
- BEP/CAP or Bac Pro in catering, hospitality or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Proven experience in luxury hotel restaurants or starred dining establishments; minimum three years preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in an additional language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) is an asset.
- Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety procedures.

Minimum three years of professional service experience in a luxury hotel or starred restaurant environment, with documented competence in high‑standards, fine‑dining service.
Education
BEP/CAP or Bac Pro in Restaurant/Catering or Hospitality (or equivalent vocational qualification).
