Cheval Blanc St‑Tropez seeks a Chef de Rang in Saint-Tropez, France — full-time, fixed-term role in Michelin-level gastronomy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver front-of-house service for a designated station, ensuring a seamless, high-standard dining experience.
- Support the Maître d’Hôtel by anticipating guest needs, managing service flow and coaching junior team members during service.
- Oversee mise en place, setup, cleaning and replenishment of the service point to guarantee operational readiness and guest comfort.
- Enforce hygiene and food-safety standards in accordance with HACCP requirements.
- Execute fine-dining service techniques, manage guest interactions with professionalism and maintain impeccable presentation throughout service.
Qualifications
- BEP / CAP / Bac Professionnel in restaurant service, hospitality or an equivalent vocational qualification.
- Minimum three years’ professional experience in luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant environments; prior internships in similar establishments are valued.
- Fluent French and English (oral and written).
- Solid mastery of HACCP standards and fine-dining service techniques.
- Demonstrable precision, excellent guest service orientation and strong team spirit.

Minimum 3 years of experience in front-of-house roles within luxury hotels or starred restaurants; previous internships in equivalent establishments may complement practical experience.
Education
