Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a refined, personalised in‑room dining experience that upholds the Maison’s standards of discretion, precision and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and present room service orders: dress trays, assemble food and beverage items, and ensure impeccable plating and presentation.
  • Maintain the room service point of sale in a state of cleanliness, order and optimal stock throughout service.
  • Coordinate operational flows with kitchen, stewarding, economat and cellar teams to guarantee continuity and timeliness of service.
  • Assist the Room Service Manager with daily service coordination, supplier relations and ad hoc guest requests.
  • Practice professional upselling and guest communication while preserving a courteous and unobtrusive demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Vocational qualification in hospitality/restaurant service (BEP, CAP, BAC PRO) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in high‑end hotel or Michelin‑starred restaurant service; minimum three years’ relevant experience.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; mastery of an additional language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) is a strong advantage.
  • Operational knowledge of Micros and La Fourchette; proficient with Pack Office (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation, discretion, adaptability and a strong service mindset.
