Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Service in delivering exceptional hospitality and maintaining an exceptional guest experience throughout service
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP hygiene standards while preparing and organizing the dining area according to Maison protocols
- Execute service at designated station with precision, expertise, and alignment with Cheval Blanc standards
- Coordinate and communicate seamlessly with kitchen, pantry, cellar, and stewarding departments to ensure harmonious service flow
- Create a memorable guest experience from welcoming through seating, coat check, service, and departure
- Promote the hotel's restaurants and food and beverage events to enhance guest awareness and engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of significant service experience in an equivalent luxury establishment
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality/Restoration
- Deep knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Expertise in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred fine dining service
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Point of Sale systems, Micros, and La Fourchette reservation platform
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
