Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate dining room service operations, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc service standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Oversee mise en place preparation and service execution in compliance with HACCP hygiene protocols and house procedures
- Manage communication and coordination between service staff, kitchen, wine cellar, stewarding, and supplies departments
- Welcome guests and orchestrate the complete service journey from arrival through departure, including seating, coat check, and service delivery
- Promote the property's restaurants and special culinary events to guests and coordinate with hotel operations
- Mentor and supervise service staff while maintaining harmonious team dynamics
- Uphold Cheval Blanc's brand standards as an ambassador for exceptional contemporary French hospitality
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or Professional Baccalaureate in Hospitality and Catering
- Minimum three years of verified service experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishments
- Prior internship or employment in a comparable fine dining environment
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Micros POS system, and La Fourchette software
- Knowledge of a third language preferred (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Portuguese)

Experience
Minimum three years of significant service experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishments, with demonstrated proficiency in fine dining protocols and guest-centric service delivery.
Education
BEP, CAP, or Professional Baccalaureate (BAC PRO) in Hospitality and Catering required.
