Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Chef de Rang to deliver an elegant, personalised front‑of‑house experience for hotel and restaurant guests.
- Prepare and maintain the service point and mise en place to the Maison's standards, ensuring compliance with HACCP hygiene procedures.
- Serve guests at the assigned station, managing orders, timings and presentation to guarantee fluid service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen, stewarding, cellar and economat to ensure harmonised service and rapid issue resolution.
- Welcome guests, manage seating, cloakroom and departures with courtesy and professionalism, promoting the restaurant and hotel events.
- Contribute to upselling and suggestive selling of menu items and wines, aligning recommendations with guest preferences.
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation; wear and care for the provided uniform as required by Maison standards.
Qualifications
- BEP/CAP/BAC Professionnel in catering, hospitality or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Minimum three years' service experience in a luxury hotel or Michelin‑starred restaurant.
- Solid understanding of HACCP hygiene standards and safe food‑handling practices.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; mastery of a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) is strongly valued.
- Proven ability in high‑standard table service, guest relation & upselling techniques.
- Availability, flexibility and strong teamwork; high representational qualities and a customer‑centric attitude.

Experience
At least 3 years of progressive front‑of‑house experience in establishments of equivalent luxury or Michelin standard, with demonstrable competence in fine‑dining service and guest relations.
Education
BEP / CAP / BAC Professionnel in Restaurant / Hospitality or equivalent vocational qualification.
