Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure quality of floor service, working alongside the Maître d'Hôtel to guarantee an impeccable and memorable guest experience
- Anticipate guest needs and orchestrate team movements to deliver seamless, refined service across all dining outlets
- Prepare and organize service stations, supervise mise en place, ensure cleanliness, and manage supply replenishment to maintain optimal service flow
- Maintain rigorous HACCP hygiene standards and protocols throughout all service operations
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in Hospitality/Culinary Arts
- Minimum three years of professional experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining establishments
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Mastery of classical service techniques and protocols
- Demonstrated expertise in HACCP hygiene compliance
