Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a dedicated culinary section with rigor and discipline
- Maintain consistency and precision in preparation and plating throughout service
- Collaborate with the brigade to orchestrate daily culinary operations
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and quality standards
- Adapt to service rhythm and manage section workload with composure

Qualifications
