Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks an experienced Chef de Partie for Langosteria Italian restaurant in Saint-Barthélemy. Luxury hospitality culinary role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the assigned kitchen section with discipline and precision, overseeing mise en place and ensuring compliance with production standards
  • Prepare, organize, and coordinate the execution and delivery of dishes from the section, maintaining consistent quality and correct cooking temperatures
  • Supervise and train commis staff assigned to the section, ensuring proper task execution and adherence to operational procedures
  • Maintain rigorous HACCP food safety standards, proper product handling, storage rotation, and complete sanitation protocols
  • Execute all plating and presentation according to technical specifications, delivering exceptional gastronomic experience
  • Ensure meticulous station preparation before, during, and after service, including equipment maintenance and material organization
  • Adapt efficiently to high-volume service demands while sustaining exceptional quality and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishments
  • Demonstrated expertise in HACCP food safety standards and culinary techniques
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Experience
