Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a dedicated kitchen section with precision, orchestrating all stages from mise-en-place through production and plating
- Ensure impeccable quality control, verifying flavor profiles, texture, and presentation standards for every plate
- Maintain strict adherence to HACCP hygiene protocols and documented culinary techniques
- Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, transmitting excellence and technical mastery across the brigade
- Coordinate seamlessly with the broader kitchen team to optimize service flow and resource efficiency
- Supervise inventory management and mise-en-place preparation for assigned station
Qualifications
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO Cuisine or equivalent culinary certification
