Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the organization and preparation of all dishes and menus for the Ambassadors' Table under the direction of the Executive Chef
  • Deliver exceptional cuisine in terms of both quality and presentation, ensuring consistency with hotel specifications
  • Develop and execute plated dishes and menu concepts in collaboration with culinary leadership
  • Maintain precise cooking and plating techniques in accordance with established hotel procedures and technical standards
  • Ensure rigorous cleanliness of equipment and kitchen stations while implementing strict HACCP protocols
  • Manage section inventory and coordinate supplies with the Economat department to maintain optimal stock levels and product quality

Qualifications

  • Culinary training certification (CAP to Bac+2 equivalent)
  • Professional experience in haute cuisine or fine dining environments
  • Mastery of mise-en-place, cooking, and plating techniques
  • Proficiency in handling fresh products and diverse culinary methods
