Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the culinary brigade to ensure consistency, precision, and excellence across all service periods
- Develop and evolve menus that reflect international culinary trends while maintaining the Maison's standards
- Orchestrate kitchen operations with discipline and attention to detail, ensuring adherence to food safety and HACCP protocols
- Guide the execution of refined techniques across diverse global cuisines and contemporary plating methodologies
- Foster a culture of craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous professional development within the kitchen brigade
- Collaborate with restaurant management to align culinary offerings with the strategic vision and guest expectations
- Ensure seamless operational rhythm during service, maintaining composure and leadership standards
Qualifications
- Professional culinary qualification, apprenticeship, or degree in Culinary Arts or Catering
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments, including prior leadership experience
- Exposure to Michelin-starred establishments or internationally recognized culinary operations
- Advanced mastery of international cuisines, culinary techniques, and professional kitchen organization
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, food safety protocols, and professional kitchen standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead kitchen operations, develop menus, and elevate team performance with precision and vision
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments, including previous leadership roles in kitchen operations. Experience in Michelin-starred establishments or internationally recognized culinary operations is strongly preferred.
Education
Professional culinary qualification, apprenticeship, or degree in Culinary Arts or Catering.
