Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily kitchen operations for White Restaurant and White Bar, ensuring consistent delivery of an international culinary offering across breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
- Design and evolve menus that reflect the Maison’s standards and local context while maintaining technical excellence and profitability.
- Enforce and champion HACCP, food safety and professional kitchen standards to guarantee hygiene, quality and regulatory compliance.
- Manage, train and mentor the culinary brigade, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, discipline and continuous development.
- Plan and organise kitchen workflows, staffing, mise en place and inventory control to ensure smooth service rhythms and cost control.
- Collaborate with F&B leadership and other departments (service, purchasing, wellness) to coordinate guest experiences and special events.
- Drive innovation in technique, presentation and operational efficiency while maintaining a composed leadership style during service.
Qualifications
- Professional culinary qualification, apprenticeship or degree in Culinary Arts or Catering.
- Proven experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments with prior leadership responsibility.
- Exposure to Michelin‑starred establishments or internationally recognised culinary operations preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of HACCP and food‑safety systems, plus demonstrable experience implementing kitchen quality standards.
- Strong team‑building capability and demonstrated experience developing culinary talent.

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive culinary experience within luxury hospitality or fine‑dining environments, including prior supervisory or head‑chef responsibilities and familiarity with Michelin‑level or internationally recognised kitchens.
Education
