Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks a Chambermaid to join its housekeeping team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Under the direction of the Head Housekeeping and housekeeping supervisors, the successful candidate will maintain impeccable standards across the 61-room palace property, ensuring each bedroom, suite, and villa exemplifies luxury through meticulous cleanliness, careful maintenance, and thoughtful attention to detail. This role requires keen observation of guest preferences to anticipate needs and communicate personalized service insights to supervisory staff.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, suites, and villas to palace standards
- Execute thorough room inspections and address maintenance issues promptly, reporting all anomalies to supervisory staff
- Observe and document guest preferences and habits to enable anticipatory, personalized service
- Prepare rooms with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all equipment functions correctly and all comfort elements are optimized
- Collaborate seamlessly with housekeeping team and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times while delivering responsive, attentive service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury hotel housekeeping or equivalent high-end hospitality environment
- Strong command of spoken English
