Role & Responsibilities
- Accompany guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure, coordinating all services across the Maison
- Anticipate guest preferences and expectations, executing each service detail to the highest standards
- Maintain a discreet, attentive, and proactive presence while ensuring comprehensive service coordination
- Adapt all service provisions to meet the most exigent guest requirements and preferences
- Orchestrate the guest experience by integrating dining, spa, wellness, and additional Maison services into a seamless, personalized journey
Qualifications
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in hospitality or culinary arts
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar luxury hospitality establishment
- Mastery of HACCP food hygiene standards
- Fluent English and French (oral and written)
- Proven expertise in service techniques and guest relation protocols
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant service. Prior role in an equivalent luxury establishment is essential.
Education
BEP/CAP or BAC PRO in hospitality, culinary arts, or restaurant management.
