Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and accompany guests throughout their entire stay, from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience
- Anticipate guest preferences and requirements by leveraging detailed knowledge of clientele and adapting all services to meet the highest expectations
- Coordinate with the Chalet Manager and all departments to deliver comprehensive, bespoke services including dining, wellness, and leisure offerings
- Maintain discreet, attentive, and proactive presence while managing meticulous details and logistical execution
- Execute refined service techniques in accordance with HACCP food safety standards and luxury hospitality protocols
- Transform each stay into an unforgettable experience through impeccable attention to detail, availability, and bespoke service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or similar premium service environments
- BEP, CAP, or Bac Pro qualification in hospitality, culinary arts, or food service
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated expertise in service techniques and HACCP food safety standards
- Proven ability to work seamlessly within high-performing teams in exclusive settings
