Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and enhance wooden structures, furniture, fittings, and decorative elements throughout the property
• Execute skilled carpentry and joinery work with meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Read and interpret technical drawings to execute accurate repair and fabrication works
• Participate in preventive maintenance programmes and anticipate maintenance needs
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure villas, public areas, and guest spaces remain in impeccable condition
• Support projects and enhancements that elevate guest experience and maintain Cheval Blanc standards
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards and maintenance procedures

Qualifications

• Professional carpentry experience in hospitality, construction, or luxury property environments
• Demonstrated expertise in furniture repair, joinery, and finishing works
• Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, woodworking tools, and materials
• Proficiency in reading and executing technical drawings
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and maintenance procedures
• Detail-oriented with pride in craftsmanship
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and responsively within a team environment

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional carpentry experience within hospitality, construction, or luxury property environments, with demonstrated expertise in furniture repair, joinery, and finishing works.
