Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate across all hotel departments (housekeeping, room service, concierge, management) to deliver harmonious and tailored guest experiences
• Serve as the primary contact for guests throughout their stay, anticipating needs and responding with reactivity and discretion
• Personalize guest welcomes and residences by orchestrating special attentions, curated gifts, and bespoke services in accordance with Cheval Blanc standards
• Ensure seamless information transmission and follow-up on guest requests, managing priorities according to the operational demands of a luxury hotel environment
• Cultivate an atmosphere of refined hospitality while respecting guest privacy and demonstrating sensitivity to luxury protocol and etiquette

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of significant professional experience in a related role (Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Head of Room Service, Front Desk, Concierge, or Executive Assistant)
• Diploma in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or equivalent higher education qualification (BTS, Bachelor, Master level)
• Advanced fluency in both English and French, written and oral
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Opera Cloud, and ideally Concierge Organizer and Know Cross software platforms
• Demonstrable knowledge of luxury hospitality and the haute cuisine sector

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in hospitality, with at least 1 year in a substantive guest-facing or supervisory role such as Housekeeping Manager, Assistant Head of Room Service, Front Desk Agent, Concierge, or Executive Assistant. Demonstrated knowledge of luxury hotel operations and haute cuisine service environments.

Education

Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or Hotel Administration diploma (BTS, Bachelor, or Master level) preferred. Candidates possessing equivalent professional credentials and demonstrable excellence in luxury service delivery will be considered.
