Majordome position at Cheval Blanc Seychelles luxury resort. Full-time role requiring fluency in English, French, and Chinese.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized guest services and support across all resort facilities and dining venues
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries with proactive problem-solving and attention to detail
- Coordinate front office operations and guest experiences with exceptional service standards
- Maintain professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Collaborate with departmental teams to ensure seamless guest journey and brand consistency
- Work independently and as part of a team to manage diverse guest situations
Qualifications
- Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or hotel school diploma
- Minimum three years' experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting in a similar role
- Fluent in English and French
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and service orientation
- Food and Beverage service background preferred

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting in a guest-facing role. Food and Beverage service background is advantageous.
Education
Certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or equivalent hotel school qualification.

The successful candidate will be located in Mahé, Seychelles.
