Cheval Blanc St‑Barth seeks a Butler Intern in Saint Barthélemy. Full‑time on‑site internship delivering bespoke guest service and suite personalization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering highly personalised, anticipatory service to suite and villa guests, ensuring discretion and impeccable presentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, room service (Carte Blanche), concierge and other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and special arrangements.
- Participate in the preparation and personalization of suites, including welcome amenities, turn‑down rituals and bespoke guest gifts.
- Act as a discreet single point of contact for assigned guests during their stay; log, follow up and communicate requests to relevant departments.
- Learn and apply Cheval Blanc standards for service rituals and guest experiences; contribute ideas for elevated, tailor‑made offerings.
Qualifications
- BTS Hôtellerie‑Restauration or equivalent vocational diploma in hospitality.
- First practical experience (internship or entry position) in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
- Fluent spoken and written French and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and service orientation with proven professionalism and discretion.
- Adaptability, strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, guest‑centric environment.

Entry‑level; recent hospitality studies with at least one prior internship or short‑term role in a luxury hotel or equivalent establishment.
Education
BTS Hôtellerie/Restauration or equivalent diploma in hospitality management or culinary service.
