Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee bespoke butler services across departments (Housekeeping, Room Service/Carte Blanche, Concierge, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact and personal confidant for high‑profile guests, anticipating needs and responding with discretion, tact and swift follow‑through.
• Personalise apartment welcomes and curate tailored amenities, gifts and exceptional requests in line with Cheval Blanc standards of excellence.
• Transmit requests and maintain clear handovers between internal teams; track and follow up on guest preferences and outstanding actions.
• Manage service quality and consistency, proposing improvements and exceptional touches to elevate the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' relevant hospitality experience (e.g., head housekeeper, assistant maître d'hôtel room‑service, receptionist, concierge, executive assistant).
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken) — mandatory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Pack Office) and Opera Cloud; familiarity with Concierge Organizer and Know Cross is advantageous.
• Proven sales and guest‑facing communication skills; strong general knowledge of hospitality and F&B operations.
• Impeccable discretion, cultural sensitivity and protocol awareness; excellent interpersonal presentation and representational ability.

Experience

Minimum three years' professional experience in guest services or supervisory roles within luxury hotels, private residences or high‑end hospitality operations.

Education

Diploma or vocational qualification in hospitality management, hotel operations or equivalent professional experience.
