Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the breakfast service team, ensuring excellence and consistency across all service moments
- Anticipate guest needs and orchestrate service gestures to guarantee a fluid and memorable dining experience
- Supervise table setup, cleaning, and stock replenishment to ensure optimal service flow and guest comfort
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP hygiene standards and food safety protocols

Qualifications
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO qualification in culinary hospitality or equivalent
