Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and identify their specific wellness needs and expectations through personalized consultation and skincare diagnosis
• Develop and propose customized spa treatment programmes tailored to each guest's preferences and requirements
• Advise guests on appropriate products and services, leveraging deep knowledge of the Guerlain universe and luxury wellness offerings
• Execute facial and body treatments according to Guerlain protocols, utilizing both manual techniques and advanced spa equipment
• Offer complementary aesthetic services including manicure, pedicure, hair removal, and makeup application
• Manage spa treatment reservations and maintain rigorous administrative coordination, communicating effectively with the Spa Manager
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and tranquility
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety protocols to guarantee a secure and pleasant environment for guests

Qualifications

• CAP/BEP/BAC PRO or BTS qualification in Aesthetics or Spa Management
• Minimum 2–3 years of verified experience in a luxury spa or similar hospitality establishment
• Fluent English and French (spoken and written)
• Proficiency with Spa Booker spa management software
• Demonstrated expertise in wellness and aesthetic treatment techniques
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and protocols

Skills

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in a luxury spa environment, high-end wellness resort, or comparable upscale hospitality setting with demonstrated expertise in guest-facing beauty and wellness services.

Education

CAP/BEP, BAC PRO, or BTS diploma in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or Spa Management.
