Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks Beach Service Intern in Saint-Barthélemy. Luxury hospitality internship with accommodation and meals included.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate actively in beach service setup, including table dressing and material preparation
- Assist in daily briefings and internal training sessions
- Learn and execute proper table service protocols and beverage service standards
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs with discretion and professionalism
- Support all aspects of F&B operations during beachfront service
- Maintain rigorous hygiene standards and HACCP compliance throughout service
- Collaborate seamlessly with experienced team members and contribute to team dynamics
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in Culinary or Hospitality
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant environment
- Fluent English and French (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated mastery of HACCP and food hygiene standards
- First-hand experience in a comparable establishment preferred

Beginner level with preference for prior internship or entry-level position in a luxury or fine-dining establishment.
Education
BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Culinary Arts or Hospitality required.
