Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks a Beach Dining Attendant in Saint Barthélemy. Support luxury beachfront service with HACCP expertise and refined hospitality skills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the beach service captain in creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellence in guest hospitality
- Prepare, organize, and maintain the beach dining venue in accordance with HACCP hygiene standards and Cheval Blanc service protocols
- Stock and replenish the service point to ensure uninterrupted dining operations throughout service periods
- Actively participate in the service of food and beverages, ensuring presentation meets the brand's exacting standards
- Clear tables and maintain impeccable cleanliness throughout service; clean and maintain all service equipment and materials
- Coordinate with kitchen, supply management, wine cellar, and stewarding teams to ensure harmonious service flow
- Contribute to an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure, including seating, coat check, and service transitions
- Promote restaurant offerings and special dining events organized by Cheval Blanc
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or Professional Baccalauréat in Culinary or Hospitality
- Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Demonstrated expertise in HACCP hygiene protocols
- Proficiency in refined table service techniques
- First-hand experience in a comparable luxury establishment

Education
