Role & Responsibilities
- Perform active aquatic surveillance and lifeguard duties in strict compliance with BNSSA standards to ensure guest safety.
- Prepare and maintain beach and terrace areas: set up sunbeds, umbrellas and service stations to the maison’s presentation standards.
- Deliver attentive beverage and light‑service to guests, managing orders with speed, accuracy and elegance.
- Enforce beach safety rules and hygiene protocols while remaining courteous and professional in guest interactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of beach facilities; apply HACCP and internal sanitation procedures.
- Respond to first‑aid incidents, coordinate with the on‑site medical/concierge teams and document safety events when required.
- Support the beach team’s daily logistics, stock rotation and upkeep of uniforms and equipment.
Qualifications
- BNSSA (Brevet National de Surveillance et de Sauvetage Aquatique) — mandatory.
- BEP/CAP or BAC Professionnel in catering, hospitality or equivalent vocational qualification.
- HACCP training and demonstrable knowledge of hygiene regulations.
- Fluent spoken and written French and English.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, upscale F&B or comparable resort/beach environments.

Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in luxury hospitality or high‑end food & beverage, with at least 2 years in a comparable resort, beach or pool service role.
Education
BEP/CAP/BAC Professionnel in Catering, Hospitality or equivalent vocational qualification.
