Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional and courteous guest service across beach and pool areas
- Prepare and serve beverages and snacks according to Beach Bar standards
- Maintain rigorous cleanliness and order within beach, pool, and beach bar facilities
- Manage orders and deliver food and beverages promptly to guests
- Actively support the team during service setup and breakdown
- Contribute to inventory control and stock replenishment
- Maintain clear and timely communication with F&B team members
- Strictly adhere to hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues professionally
Qualifications
