Cheval Blanc Paris seeks a Bartender (contract) for Les Terrasses — luxury bar service and mixology role in Paris, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages and cocktails to exacting house standards, ensuring presentation and taste reflect the Maison’s expectations.
- Deliver warm, anticipatory guest service to create memorable, personalised bar experiences for each host.
- Maintain mise en place, manage stock levels and conduct regular inventory controls to ensure service continuity.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the bar area in compliance with HACCP and internal protocols.
- Communicate relevant information to the wider team and contribute to a smooth, coordinated service flow during shifts.
Qualifications
- BEP/CAP or Bac Pro in hospitality, catering or an equivalent vocational qualification.
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury hotel bars, high-end restaurants or starred establishments (including internships).
- Proven mastery of bar service and cocktail preparation techniques.
- Fluent spoken and written French and English.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards and demonstrated ability to apply them in daily operations.

Experience
Minimum three years’ professional experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants, with prior exposure to high-volume, high-standards bar or beverage outlets.
Education
BEP/CAP/Bac Pro in Hospitality, Catering or equivalent vocational diploma.
