Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks an experienced Bartender for full-time luxury hospitality role in Courchevel, France with accommodation and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and drinks with refined technique and exceptional presentation standards
- Welcome guests and create a convivial atmosphere while personalizing each service interaction
- Anticipate and fulfill guest expectations through attentive, proactive service
- Maintain mise en place, verify inventory accuracy, and ensure immaculate cleanliness of the bar area
- Adhere strictly to HACCP food hygiene protocols and all regulatory standards
- Communicate pertinent information to team members to ensure seamless service flow
- Transform each bar interaction into an elegant, warm, and memorable experience for guests
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in hospitality or culinary arts
- Minimum three years of professional bartending experience in a comparable establishment
- Demonstrable experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
- Mastery of HACCP food hygiene standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision
- Excellence in service orientation and active listening
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
