Role & Responsibilities
- Master the art of specialty coffee preparation and latte art presentation, delivering beverages to Cheval Blanc standards
- Ensure rigorous HACCP hygiene protocols and maintain meticulous point-of-sale organisation and cleanliness according to house procedures
- Coordinate beverages and coffee service seamlessly with kitchen operations and front-of-house teams
- Provide attentive support to head waitstaff during service, ensuring flawless beverage presentation and guest satisfaction
- Manage point-of-sale inventory, restocking, and operational readiness throughout service periods
- Contribute to the holistic guest experience from arrival through departure, serving as an ambassador of the establishment's values and reputation
- Promote restaurant offerings and special gastronomic events organised by Cheval Blanc and LVMH maisons
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in Food Service & Hospitality
- Minimum 3 years' professional barista or coffee service experience in a luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishment
- Fluent English (written and oral) — mandatory
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Micros POS systems, and La Fourchette reservation platform
- Knowledge of a third language highly valued (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, or Portuguese)
