Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and present specialty coffees and beverages with meticulous attention to latte art and guest-facing presentation standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP and internal hygiene procedures; maintain cleanliness and setup of the point of sale.
- Manage stock and replenishment of the coffee point to guarantee flawless service continuity.
- Support the service team and chef de rang during covers—serve food and beverages following Cheval Blanc presentation standards.
- Clear and sanitize service areas and equipment during and after service; ensure proper upkeep of service tools.
- Coordinate proactively with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow and timely guest delivery.
- Act as an ambassador for Cheval Blanc during guest interactions, contributing to guest placement, cloakroom, upsell of restaurants and promotion of events.
Qualifications
- BEP/CAP or Bac Pro in hospitality, culinary arts or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin/starred restaurant environments; minimum 3 years preferred.
- Demonstrable service experience in a high‑end or equivalent establishment (internship or prior role acceptable).
- Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory); mastery of a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) is an advantage.
