Cheval Blanc St-Tropez seeks a Bar Trainee in Saint-Tropez, France — internship with accommodation and meals included.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn and apply the Maison’s beverage and service standards under the supervision of experienced team members.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of cocktails, wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Contribute to mise en place, point-of-sale readiness and the organisation and cleanliness of the bar area.
- Welcome and attend to guests with attentive, discreet service, developing situational awareness and hospitality etiquette.
- Participate in service rhythm to ensure a harmonious and memorable guest experience while acquiring practical bar-service skills.
Qualifications
- Higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality or Business Management.
- Fluent spoken and written French and English.
- Strong interpersonal and sales aptitude; excellent communication skills.
- Rigour, attention to detail, discretion and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of a third language is a plus (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese).

Experience
Entry-level — suitable for students or recent graduates in hospitality management. Previous exposure to bar or F&B service is beneficial but not required.
Education
Higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or Business/Management.

This position is based in Saint-Tropez, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France, within easy reach of Nice.
