Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests according to Maison Cheval Blanc hospitality standards
- Assist the Head Bartender in cocktail and beverage preparation
- Support the sale and presentation of cocktails and spirits
- Maintain bar setup, cleanliness, and organisational standards
- Observe and participate in guest reception and service delivery
- Develop service sense and attention to detail through hands-on training
- Contribute to creating harmonious and memorable guest experiences
Qualifications
- Formal training in hospitality or culinary arts
- Knowledge of HACCP food safety protocols
