Cheval Blanc Paris seeks a Bar Apprentice (H/F) in Paris for luxury hospitality training under expert barmans. Alternance contract.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist Barmans and Head Barmans in the preparation and service of beverages, cocktails, and house spirits with emphasis on craftsmanship and product knowledge
  • Participate in daily bar mise-en-place, office setup, and operational material preparation
  • Welcome and attend to guests with warmth and attentiveness, anticipating their needs throughout their experience
  • Maintain strict adherence to HACCP hygiene standards and ensure consistent cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Contribute to inventory management, stock monitoring, and routine restocking of bar supplies
  • Learn and apply refined service techniques aligned with Cheval Blanc Paris's luxury hospitality standards

Qualifications

  • BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in Hospitality or Culinary Arts
  • Demonstrated knowledge of luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant operations
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
  • Full command of HACCP food safety and hygiene standards
  • Mastery of refined service techniques and guest-facing protocols
