Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks Back Office Concierge Assistant in Saint Barthélemy. Support luxury guest experiences with administrative coordination and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the concierge team in coordinating exclusive activities, restaurant reservations, and personalized guest experiences
- Manage the back-office operations and follow-up of guest requests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring meticulous documentation and tracking
- Collaborate seamlessly with hotel departments including reception, food and beverage, spa, and guest services to ensure cohesive service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Research, confirm, and maintain knowledge of premier island destinations, activities, and unique local experiences to advise the concierge team
- Build and nurture relationships with premium local partners and vendors, ensuring reliable coordination of high-touch guest services
- Handle administrative and billing functions with absolute precision, maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all guest matters
- Support the concierge team in exceeding guest expectations through proactive communication, attention to detail, and seamless problem-solving
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat Technologique in Hospitality or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar concierge, guest services, or hospitality operations role
- Demonstrated knowledge of luxury hospitality sector standards and practices
- Proficiency in Opera (property management system) and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal); proficiency in a third language is advantageous
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to precision
- Professional discretion, reliability, and rapid responsiveness in high-paced luxury environments
