Cheval Blanc Randheli seeks an Assistant Spa Manager in Noonu, Maldives. Lead luxury spa operations and guest wellness experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Spa in orchestrating daily spa operations and guest journeys
- Oversee treatment scheduling, wellness services, and facility operations to ensure service excellence
- Monitor operational performance, guest satisfaction, and service quality across all touchpoints
- Lead, develop, and inspire the spa team while fostering an atmosphere of elegance, harmony, and care
- Collaborate with Spa Ambassadeurs and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage spa retail, inventory management, and wellness industry best practices
- Contribute to creating memorable moments of relaxation and rejuvenation for every guest
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a management role within a luxury spa environment
- Strong background in spa operations and guest experience management
- Knowledge of spa retail, inventory management, and luxury hospitality standards
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Professional certifications in spa management or wellness services (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a management role within a luxury spa setting, with a strong background in spa operations and guest experience management. Experience with internationally recognized spa brands or wellness concepts is advantageous.
Education
