Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks Assistant Room Service Manager for 5-star Palace hotel in France. Support exceptional in-room dining operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Room Service Manager in delivering excellence across all Carte Blanche in-room dining service periods, from breakfast through dinner, and private bar service, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to LQA quality standards
  • Anticipate guest needs by leveraging service intelligence from various departments and guest profiles (cardex), consistently surprising and delighting each guest through thoughtful personalization
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and operational rigor to ensure impeccable service delivery, where every gesture reinforces the property's exceptional reputation
  • Mentor and inspire the room service team under the Room Service Manager's direction, transmitting service expertise and ensuring strict compliance with procedures and excellence standards
  • Coordinate and orchestrate room service operations to ensure seamless, elegant service execution that transforms each guest interaction into a bespoke, memorable experience

Qualifications

  • BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO in hospitality or culinary studies
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar room service or in-room dining role
  • Demonstrable experience in luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant environments
  • HACCP food safety certification or equivalent
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

Experience
