Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Restaurant leadership in orchestrating refined and seamless operations.
  • Shape memorable first and last impressions for guests, ensuring elegance and professionalism.
  • Coordinate service with the culinary and Majordome teams, maintaining precision and attention to detail.
  • Lead and cultivate performance, cohesion, and pride among Captains, Hostesses, and Servers.
  • Balance guest satisfaction, team development, and commercial focus to enhance the Maison's success.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management within a luxury or fine dining environment.
  • Strong background in team leadership, training, and performance management.
  • Experience overseeing budgets, revenue performance, and operational planning.

Skills

Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, pricing strategies, and cost control. Ability to coordinate staffing, stock control, and point of sale systems. Solid understanding of hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Charismatic leadership with a strong sense of presence and professionalism. Strategic and analytical mindset with commercial awareness.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury or fine dining environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
