Cheval Blanc Courchevel seeks Assistant Restaurant Manager for Le 1947 three-Michelin-star restaurant in French Alps luxury palace hotel.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in organizing service operations and team coordination for approximately five service staff members
- Provide personalized guest reception, anticipate guest needs, and ensure attentive service throughout dining experiences
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism while fostering client loyalty and retention
- Contribute to seamless service execution, maintain updated guest information, and promote the property's dining offerings
- Uphold HACCP food hygiene standards and maintain the restaurant's exacting quality benchmarks
Qualifications
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO qualification in Culinary or Hospitality disciplines
- Minimum three years of professional experience in a comparable restaurant management role
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurant operations
- Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Mastery of formal dining service techniques and guest relations protocols
