Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual and monthly sales action plans, promotional activities, and saleable rate strategies
• Maintain accuracy and currency of all information within the hotel's property management system at all times
• Implement, monitor, and control reservation operations in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures
• Contribute to the preparation of Annual Rooms Budgets and develop overall pricing strategy across market segments and distribution channels
• Ensure compliance with Best Rate Guarantee, Rate Parity, and all Cheval Blanc revenue management standards including Rate Plans, Rate Categories, and Market Segments
• Produce revenue management forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis and manage all relevant budget components
• Effectively manage and maintain control of all room inventory across channels
• Handle all inquiries, complaints, and requests related to room bookings while promoting and maintaining strong public relations
• Maximize hotel occupancy and average room rates through effective yield management practices
• Conduct weekly competitive analysis tracking occupancy rates, pricing, and marketing efforts of competitor properties
• Ensure strict compliance with departmental procedures and standard operating protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reservations, revenue management, or hotel operations
• Demonstrated expertise in yield management and revenue optimization
• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and revenue management tools
• Strong understanding of hotel pricing strategies, rate parity, and distribution channel management
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to produce accurate financial forecasts and budgets
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in hotel reservations, revenue management, or related hospitality operations, with demonstrated proficiency in yield management, PMS systems, and revenue optimization strategies.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality management certification, hotel operations training, or revenue management qualification preferred.
