Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Maître d'Hôtel in coordinating and executing excellence in service delivery, ensuring every guest receives a refined and personalized experience
- Lead and mentor the service team (Chefs de Rang, Commis, and trainees), transmitting comprehensive knowledge of menus, products, and service techniques
- Ensure rigorous adherence to quality and hygiene standards (HACCP protocols) throughout all dining operations
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and billing reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Promote dining venues and special culinary events to enhance guest engagement and drive operational excellence
- Maintain impeccable mise-en-place and supervise team readiness for service periods
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining establishments
- BEP, CAP, or BAC PRO certification in hospitality or gastronomy
- Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Comprehensive knowledge of fine dining service techniques and protocols
- Demonstrated mastery of HACCP food hygiene standards
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate hospitality teams
