Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the General Housekeeper in coordinating housekeeping and public area teams while ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate closely with executive butlers and other hotel departments to deliver seamless, personalized guest experiences
- Oversee the quality of room and common area preparation and maintenance
- Supervise housekeeping teams daily to guarantee flawless service delivery
- Ensure organizational efficiency, precision, and meticulous attention to detail across all operations
Qualifications
- BAC+2 qualification in hospitality management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping operations
- Minimum 2 years in a similar supervisory or assistant manager role
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury hospitality
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera property management software
