Cheval Blanc St-Barth seeks an Assistant General Housekeeping Manager for its luxury Caribbean palace property. Full-time, on-site role in Saint-Barthélemy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate guest floor and public area teams under the General Housekeeping Manager's direction to execute service with precision
- Collaborate with Majordomes to deliver personalized, attentive service and create memorable experiences for hotel guests
- Maintain exceptional order and cleanliness across all spaces—guest rooms, public areas, and service zones—in adherence to stringent luxury standards
- Oversee guest room preparation, maintenance, and intelligent systems management to optimize the guest experience
- Support team development and transmit institutional knowledge with a focus on operational excellence and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Hospitality degree (BAC+5 or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in guest floor operations or housekeeping departments
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury hospitality sector operations
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Opera property management software
