Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front desk operations to ensure efficient, seamless guest service.
- Support the Front Office Manager in staff rostering, shift assignments and operational planning to maintain department efficiency.
- Lead, mentor and develop front office personnel, fostering a professional and motivated team environment.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs to deliver personalised, high-quality experiences consistent with LQA standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to Hotel Pitrizza's SOPs, LQA service benchmarks and data security protocols for guest information.
- Maintain and update the property management system (PMS); prepare front office performance reports and operational analyses.
- Manage cash and payment procedures, ensuring compliance with financial controls and Maison policies.
- Coordinate proactively with other hotel departments to ensure smooth, timely service delivery and an immaculate reception/lobby environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years' proven experience in a similar front office role within a luxury hotel environment; minimum 3 years preferred.
- Fluent Italian and English; knowledge of a third language (e.g., French) highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience in team supervision and staff development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity and polished guest-facing demeanour.
- Highly organised with strong time‑management, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS operations and with maintaining compliance to SOPs and luxury service standards.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of significant experience in a Front Office role within a luxury hotel, with demonstrated supervisory responsibility and guest-service excellence.
Education
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration or equivalent vocational training; professional hospitality certifications are a plus.
