Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure, upholding the maison’s standards of excellence and discretion.
- Lead, coach and develop the front‑of‑house team; recruit, train, schedule and evaluate staff to maintain service quality and professionalism.
- Manage reservations and guest flows with rigour; coordinate seamlessly with kitchen and other departments to guarantee smooth service operations.
- Anticipate guest needs, handle requests and complaints professionally, and cultivate long‑term guest loyalty through personalised attention.
- Control operational indicators: revenue, sales mix, stock management and service ratios; implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Enforce hygiene and safety standards including HACCP and internal procedures; ensure compliance with brand protocols.
Qualifications
- Higher education in hospitality/restaurant management (BTS or equivalent) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or a starred restaurant.
- Proven managerial experience: recruiting, training, organising teams, developing talent and conducting evaluations.
- Strong commercial awareness with knowledge of revenue, stock management and service KPIs.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; mastery of a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese or Portuguese) is a plus.
- HACCP knowledge and demonstrated commitment to hygiene and safety standards.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in a comparable role within luxury hotels, Michelin‑starred restaurants or high‑end F&B outlets, with proven supervisory and commercial responsibilities.
Education
BTS or higher in Hospitality / Restaurant Management or equivalent professional qualification.
