Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the principal point of contact for guests, ensuring warm welcomes and attentive listening to their requirements
- Design and coordinate bespoke, personalized experiences that exceed guest expectations, from exclusive activities to prestigious restaurant reservations
- Provide expert recommendations on Paris landmarks, cultural attractions, and exclusive experiences with demonstrated passion and knowledge
- Supervise and mentor assistant concierges and trainees, fostering a culture of service excellence
- Collaborate seamlessly with hotel departments including reception, food and beverage, and spa to ensure harmonious service delivery
- Maintain meticulous attention to discretion and confidentiality in all guest interactions and administrative processes
- Manage all aspects of guest stay coordination, including reservations, billing, and logistics with efficiency and precision
- Build and maintain relationships of trust with guests through personalized follow-up before, during, and after their stays
- Anticipate guest needs, proactively propose solutions, and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving
- Uphold Cheval Blanc brand standards through impeccable presentation, professionalism, and mastery of hotel protocols
Qualifications
- Hospitality Technology Certificate (Bac Technologique Hôtelier) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar concierge or guest services role within luxury hospitality
- In-depth knowledge of luxury hotel operations and service standards
- Proficiency in Opera Cloud property management system and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in French and English (written and oral); proficiency in a third language preferred
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities with notable capacity to represent the brand
- Demonstrated customer service excellence and guest-centric mindset
